Marinated, grilled shrimp

~Pair with Round Barn Pinot Gris or Round Barn Vineyard Tears

Combine 1/3 cup Round Barn Apricot Pi, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Add 1 pound large, peeled shrimp, but leave the tail on. Marinate 12 hours. 
 
Heat grill or sauté pan on high. Grill (or sauté) shrimp for 1 to 2 minutes per side. Serve at room temperature as an appetizer.
